If something goes wrong

Contact Visuplift if a purchase is duplicated, unauthorized, materially misdescribed, technically unavailable, or otherwise does not match the paid product description. We will review the issue promptly and apply any refund, cancellation, correction, or other remedy required by the purchase terms and applicable law. Visuplift does not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee. This policy does not remove or reduce any refund, cancellation, remedy, or consumer right that applies by law.

Migration Redirect Rescue

Migration Redirect Rescue is a $49 one-time purchase for one paid migration workspace. If you believe the purchase was duplicated, unauthorized, materially misdescribed, technically unavailable, or otherwise incorrect, contact Visuplift promptly with the payment reference. Requests are reviewed against the product delivered, payment state, and applicable law.

Managed SPF

Managed SPF is currently $49 per year per domain. To stop a future renewal, contact rachid@visuplift.com before the next renewal date. Ending future renewal does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Consumer cancellation rights

If mandatory distance-selling or consumer cancellation rules apply to your purchase, Visuplift will honour those rights. Whether a full or proportionate refund is due can depend on the type of product, whether performance has begun, and the law that applies to you.

Service problems

If a paid product does not match its purchase description or cannot be supplied as agreed, contact Visuplift so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy considered. This may include correction, re-performance, price reduction, cancellation, or refund where required.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund after Stripe processes it.
