Operator
Visuplift is operated by LICENTICO LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16883975. Registered office: First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, United Kingdom, W8 4LZ. Contact: rachid@visuplift.com.
Migration data
When you use Migration Redirect Rescue, including the pre-purchase teaser preview, Visuplift processes the old and new URLs you submit to generate mapping, confidence and QA results. The teaser endpoint returns only the permitted preview rows and aggregate counts; the browser may keep a temporary draft in sessionStorage so the same tab can resume after payment. Paid workspace state, timestamps, and source/destination hostnames may also be processed to enforce the one-migration purchase boundary.
Managed SPF and public DNS
Managed SPF may process the domain you submit, publicly available DNS records, SPF dependency evidence, generated managed records, verification state, refresh history, and service status needed to provide the managed service.
Payments and account identifiers
Stripe processes payments. Visuplift may receive payment status, customer email, Stripe customer, Checkout Session, PaymentIntent, charge or subscription identifiers, and product metadata needed to verify access, administer purchases, handle refunds or disputes, and keep payment state fail-closed. Visuplift does not receive or store raw card details.
Service and security data
Visuplift may process technical logs, request metadata, security events, rate-limit information, support correspondence, and service state required to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the products.
Service providers
Visuplift may use infrastructure, DNS, payment, email, source-control, and security providers where needed to operate the service. Those providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.
Product journey measurement
To understand whether the Migration journey is working, Visuplift records four first-party conversion events: data_uploaded, preview_generated, checkout_started, and purchase_completed. These events use a random browser visit identifier and do not include card data, URL inventories, mapping contents, support-message content, or the customer’s email address.
Retention
Records may be retained for product delivery, billing, support, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type and operational need.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing. Contact rachid@visuplift.com with a privacy request.
